Thank you and your team in providing the perfect atmosphere, excellent service and top quality cuisine for Di’s recent birthday dinner celebrations. Flutes at the Fort was simple the best restaurant which Di and I have dinned at over recent years. Furthermore the time given by the chefs and wait staff to address Di’s pepper tolerance was outstanding. We look forward to returning to Flutes later in the year when passing through Singapore. There is absolutely nothing we could fault – the garden deck was perfect for the solomization, and the drinks afterwards. The canapés were absolutely delicious and seemed to be never ending! The champagne never stopped flowing and the flowers were perfect – exactly as you promised – white with a dash of red! The dinner was faultless, and I don’t think anyone left a thing at every course. Thank you for the special dessert platter – it was a lovely surprise! Your staff were so attentive that Graeme and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The whole evening just flowed around us. We were the first to arrive at the restaurant that evening, and the last to leave. And we enjoyed every minute. As one of our guests pointed out, you would have never have guessed that the restaurant was full that night - we didn’t even notice anyone else! We are so glad we chose Flutes to celebrate our marriage. We couldn’t have made a better choice. "
